Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include all accessories and documentation, if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Products showing signs of use.
- Clearance or final sale items (where applicable).
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
